MANUFACTURING
All items are manufactured in India.
MATERIALS
The furniture is waterproof making it easy to clean and maintain.
The cover is Heavy Duty PVC Waterproof Vinyl, Non-Tearing Nylon with a
Soft high-quality U-Foam filling.
There is Velcro where indicated for connections and assembly.
Items have concealed zips to allow for repair and refilling if required.
Waterproof Non-tear Cover
All items are fully enclosed with a Waterproof Vinyl Cover.
This material is ideal for cleaning and is also combined with a non-tearing Nylon making it robust and ideal for impact training.
Zip System
One of the thing that makes our furniture unique, is the zipping system, which gives access to the filling of the furniture.
While many other systems are stitched and enclosed, we know that access many be required.
Our Zips are concealed, reinforced and protected by Velcro flaps.
Velcro Assembly
Some of the furniture systems are assembled in pieces, this allows us to create more realistic shapes and to make it easier for storage.
it also allows flexibility with the pieces allowing you to set different environments.
Impact Testing
Impact tests have been conducted with people jumping on and falling (thrown) on the furniture. The furniture dissipates the impact and returns to its original shape.
Even without protective equipment, no impact or injury was caused to the individual.
We have also conducted impact tests with objects such as sticks, and the furniture retains its original shape.
The furniture items are lightweight and can be easily picked up and maneuvered. If thrown towards an individual, the impact of the furniture causes no injury.
